【摘 要】環保水處理生物接觸氧化工藝,因其處理效果顯著、運行穩定、操作方便而被大家所廣泛接受,該工藝中的關鍵技術——生物載體(俗稱填料)受到廣大專家、用戶的關注。其中“比表面積”與“掛膜量”兩項參數在理論與實際中是否成正比,仍有待于進一步研究。對于這兩項參數的研究,杭州天宇環保工程有限公司,杭州天宇環保裝備研究所,根據“蕭山錢塘污水處理有限公司”30萬噸/日實際工程——高濃度印染、 化工廢水厭氧水解工藝應用的“ TB/TA、TB/TH自由擺動填料”,在北京國環清華環境工程設計研究院的技術指導下,進行了水處理生物填料效能優化的研究,并為實際的工程提出了具體的方案。

Tires of research which the oxygen hydrolysis packing potency optimizes
Abstract: The craft of bio-contact oxidization in water processing of environmental protection, was accepted extensively by everyone because of its prominent effect, stabile circulating and convenient operation, that key in the craft technique- biology carrier (called Filler) is subjected to the most experts and customers. There into the two parameters of " than surface area " and " person who hangs membrane " whether become the direct proportion or not in theories with actually still need to be treated in the further research. for the research of these two parameters, Hangzhou Tianyu Environmental Protection Engineering CO.,LTD. and Hangzhou Tianyu Environmental Protection Equipment Graduate School carry on the research for the optimizing effect of biology filler in the water processing, and put forward the concrete project for the actual engineering, which is under technique guidance of Beijing GuohuanQinghua Environmental Engineering Design Institute according to the actual engineering of 300,000 tons/ days of Xiaoshan QIAN TANG water processing CO.LTD.—the high density printing and dyeing, the “TB/TA、TB/TH swing the packing freely” applied in the craft of anaerobic hydrolysis in the chemical engineering waste water.
