【摘 要】在自制的設備上進行了丙烯酸廢氣的催化焚燒試驗。結果表明,當預熱溫度為220℃時,催化焚燒
的效率最高,隨著預熱溫度的提高,催化燃燒效率逐漸降低,催化燃燒預熱溫度的有效范圍是220℃到350℃。廢氣的濃度對催化焚燒的效果有非常重要的影響。當催化劑的長度為160mm時,催化焚燒的效率能達到95%以上。

Study on Catalytic Combustion of exhaust gas of crylic acid

Abstract: Catalytic Combustion of exhaust gas of crylic acid was studied on a self-made equipment. The results showed that the efficiency of catalytic combustion was highest when the preheated temperature was 220℃.With increase in preheated temperature,the efficiency of catalytic combustion was decreased accordingly. The availableln of catalytic combustion was ranged from 220℃ to 350℃.The concerntration of exhaust gas had great importance on combustion effective. The efficiency of catalytic combustion was more than 95 percent when the longth of catalyzer was 160 millimeter.
