That Glass Slipper No Longer Fits Jeff Weaver

The Dodgers were foot binding to make it fit, but he’s busted out of it leaving nothing but shards, and disappointment on the Dodger Stadium mound. What we have now, began as a fairy tale and is quickly turning into a long relief nightmare written, and directed, by Uwe Boll.
I’m about ready to give the role to Scott Elbert who’s holding hitters to a .250 AVG and has stikeouts to walks ratio of 4.33! Sure, it’s only been 14 innings, but I’d rather take my chances with Elbert than wait for one of Weaver’s patented untimely home runs.
