Jon Weisman of "Dodger Thoughts" has the following post regarding those who like to make presumptions about a player who's had a few bad outings.

"We know Broxton's toe is affecting his pitching.

No, we don't. Broxton says his toe isn't bothering him, according to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com, and while there's no one more suspicious of players denying injuries than I am, declaring with certainty that the player is lying is more of a leap than we should take."

I'm gonna take that leap because I post with a razor blade under my tongue, and I don't give a shit. I'm calling it right now. Dude's hurt and isn't telling anybody. He's done it before, and I see no reason why he wouldn't do that again. I'm calling a DL stint announcement by Friday.
